Implementation
Idea (Q2 2017)
Our project manager held initial meetings with the customer. After gaining a clear understanding of the client's goals, we developed an action plan.
Proof of Concept (Q3 2017 – Q4 2017)
- Conducted research on the state of secured communications, both in terms of technology and market trends.
- Identified the optimal technology stack and timeframe, made recommendations, and calculated project costs and expected outcomes.
- Developed brand identity in collaboration with LABBRAND (Germany).
- Registered Aegees as a company in Cyprus and the UAE.
- Assembled a team of highly skilled secure communications and programming professionals from across Russia and the CIS.
- Released the first mobile version for Android and iOS, featuring basic functionality: text messaging, file transfer, and audio calls.
- Implemented a crypto container for storing app data in encrypted form locally, eliminating the need for remote server storage.
- Designed the official webpage.
- Conducted the first closed product testing.
- Added secure video conferencing, a user notepad, and stickers.
- Implemented ARGON 2i encryption to protect device memory from hacking.
- Developed a desktop version.
- Implemented cross-platform synchronization, followed by final testing.
- Released the fully functional product.
- Prepared project documentation, including technical specifications, for the upcoming investment round.
- Finalized the legal aspects of the project.
- Participated in an investment round, successfully selling a portion of the company shares to a new investor.

It effectively counteracts methods and tools faced by people who may become objects of surveillance, harassment or espionage.
